SHIPPING SERVICE DOES NOT MEAN DELIVERY TIME!
USPS, Fedex & UPS provide real time shipping data that our website subscribes to. "2 day Priority Mail" refers only to time in transit from the acceptance of the package at the post office, and unfortunately does not take into account holidays, weekends, order processing and packaging time.
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + packaging + Shipping Method
Most available stock orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Stock refers to items that can be purchased without any custom or production charges and are normally carried in inventory. It does NOT reference the products availability.
Due to vast sizing and color options not all items are always available in stock. These items may have to be ordered from our manufacturers upon receiving the order from our customers. In these circumstances, orders will be delayed until the product is received by EdgesAndDreams.com, and referenced as backorders or "In Progress" online. EdgesAndDreams.com will do it's best to respond to an order status with an email to you.

Orders shipped outside the continental US and to all other international destinations are shipped via USPS Global unless otherwise specified.
For international orders, Edges & Dreams will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs offices or Duty and VAT taxes that may be applicable. Please check with your local customs offices before ordering.
EdgesAndDreams.com reserves the right to appropriately adjust any shipping charge quoted by our website.
EdgesAndDreams.com is not responsible for any product or timeline once it has been released to the shipping company.
In the event of a damaged package or items missing from the order, the customer MUST keep all packaging for inspection by shipping agency and notify Edges & Dreams within 48 hours of delivery. Without the packaging a loss claim cannot be filed.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property. If you do not have a secure area for packages to be left please select a shipping option that requires a signature. Ground shipping and Priority mail do not require a signature. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper it is considered in your possession.
Buying online can be tricky. We understand exchanges and returns sometimes happen.
We pay the shipping fees for exchanged items, while you pay to ship the unwanted item back to us. International customers and AK, HI, PR customers must pay for shipping both ways to exchange products.
Returns are accepted within 30-days of the order arriving at your doorstep. All return products must be in new condition, in the same packaging and have tags attached.
We will provide a full credit less any shipping charges (if any).
If returning ice skates, please put the shipping guards back on the blades to protect them during shipment. Facing the skates opposite directions will protect from damage while in transit.
Restocking fees sometimes do apply. Restocking will always apply for skate dresses if returned for a refund. The refund will be waived if the item is exchanged for another dress. Any item that is returned damaged will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee (depending on the condition the item is received).
All exchanged must be completed in 30-days of receiving the product.
Although we are happy to provide sizing guidelines and suggestions, we are not responsible for the sizing advise. We base our suggestions off of information that you provide. It is always preferable for you to come to our shop to try on items before you buy them online.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If any of the items on your order are sold out/back ordered, you will be notified by email/phone of the timeframe for delivery of your order.
Jerry's Ice Skating Apparel takes from 48 hour to 3 weeks to ship out. We can provide you the approximate ship date of your order if you contact us. In the most instances you will receive an email stating the approximate time-frame for the order containing a Jerry's item to ship without you having to request it.
The following days are not considered business days and are not calculated into the shipping time.
