Shipping Information
Shipping service speed is not the same as total delivery time. Carrier estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier and do not include order processing, weekends, or holidays.
Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours. Because figure skating products are offered in many sizes, widths, and colors, some items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. If an item is backordered or requires additional time, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe.
Free domestic ground-shipping offers do not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other applicable charges.
If an order arrives damaged or has missing items, keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; customers who need added protection should select a shipping method that requires a signature when available.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order arriving. Items must be unworn, unused, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customers pay to ship the original item back to us. For eligible exchanges within the continental United States, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer. International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
Original shipping charges and completed service charges—including sharpening, blade mounting, and other labor—are non-refundable. Skating dresses returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee. Items returned damaged, worn, used, or without their original packaging are subject to a minimum 40% restocking fee depending on condition.
For hygiene and safety, personal-wear items such as protective padded shorts, Bunga products, socks, tights, and undergarments are final sale. Special-order and backordered items may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees or may qualify only for store credit.
