Return & Refund Policy
Buying online can be tricky, and we know sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. We’re always happy to help and will do our very best to make things right while also protecting our small business.
⛸️ Exchanges
We cover the shipping cost to send your exchanged item back to you.
You simply pay to ship the original item back to us.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers are responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges.
⏰ Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order arriving.
Items must be:

in brand-new condition
-
unworn and unused
-
in the original packaging
-
with all tags still attached
💵 Refunds
Approved returns will receive a refund minus:

original shipping charges
-
service charges such as sharpening, blade mounting, or other labor services performed
If returning skates, please put shipping guards back on the blades and pack them securely to prevent damage.
🔁 Restocking Fees
Restocking fees sometimes apply.

Skating dresses returned for refund will always be charged a restocking fee.
(The fee may be waived if exchanged for another dress.) -
Items returned damaged, worn, used, or missing original packaging will incur a minimum 40% restocking fee, depending on condition.
🧼 Hygiene & Safety Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and health protection reasons, items that come into direct contact with the body cannot be returned or refunded. This includes (but is not limited to) protective padded shorts, Bunga items, socks, tights, undergarments, and similar personal-wear items. Once these products leave our store, they are considered final sale.
This policy protects all our customers and ensures every item sold is fresh, clean, and safe.
📦 Special Orders, Backorders & Non-Stock Items
Our online inventory isn’t always real-time, and some items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer if they are not currently in stock.
If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, it is considered a special order.
Special orders and backordered purchases are:

not eligible for free cancellation once placed

may be subject to restocking fees, manufacturer cancellation fees, or may only qualify for store credit

encouraged to be verified prior to purchase if guaranteed immediate availability is required
We will always communicate expected timelines as clearly as possible.

All exchanges must be processed and completed within 30 days of receiving your item.
📏 Sizing Disclaimer
We are happy to provide sizing help and suggestions, but sizing responsibility remains with the customer. Our recommendations are based only on the information provided. Whenever possible, we always recommend visiting us in person for professional fittings.
