🚚 Shipping Time vs Delivery Time
Shipping service speed does not equal total delivery time.
Carrier estimates such as “2-Day Priority” only refer to time in transit after the carrier receives the package.
They do not include weekends, holidays, order processing, or packaging time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Carrier Transit Time
📦 Processing & Shipping Time
Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours.
“Stock” refers to items normally carried in inventory and not requiring special manufacturing or customization. This does not guarantee immediate availability.
Because many skating products come in multiple sizes, widths, and colors, not all items are always available at the time of order. If an item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, it will be treated as a backorder / special order, which may extend delivery time. We will notify you if this occurs.
🧊 Special Orders & Backorders
If an item is not currently available to ship, your order may be temporarily “In Progress” until the product is received from the manufacturer. We will do our best to keep you updated on status and timing.

Free domestic ground shipping offers do not include:

🌍 International Shipping
International and non-continental U.S. shipments are typically sent via USPS Global unless otherwise arranged.
Customers are responsible for:

✏️ Shipping Adjustments
icesk8.com reserves the right to adjust shipping charges when necessary to reflect accurate carrier costs.
📦 Responsibility Once Shipped
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or missed delivery estimates.
🚨 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please:
1️⃣ Keep all original packaging
2️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3️⃣ Provide photos if requested
Without packaging, carriers will not approve loss or damage claims.
🏡 Stolen / Missing After Delivery
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered and in your possession.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you do not have a secure drop-off location, please choose a shipping option requiring a signature.
